Sales Gallery Associate Japanese/English Location: United States of America-Hawaii-Waikoloa Job Number:_HGV010FR A Host/Hostess Sales Gallery with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for meeting and greeting prospective owners and handling all aspects of the pre-tour process. This includes securing guest reservations, assigning personal Sales Tour Representatives, and managing the associated gifting program. What will I be doing? As a Host/Hostess Sales Gallery, you would be responsible for meeting and greeting prospective owners and handling all aspects of the pre-tour process. This includes securing guest reservations, assigning personal Sales Tour Representatives, and managing the associated gifting program. Set the environment for our sales galleries and guest experiences as well as maintaining the integrity of sales operations according to set tour rules, company policies and departmental procedures. Greet and interact with potential guests and owners professionally and courteously upon arrival for their timeshare tour. Handle all pre-arrival processes for sales presentations including recording their reservation Update tour information into the central system. Assign tours based on daily sales rotation. Monitor food and beverage locations to ensure they are clean, organized and up to established Hilton Grand Vacations Company standards. Rotates various administrative duties to include completing and updating reports, forms, vacation planners as well as handles multi phone lines and assists guests with inquiries and information. Basic Qualifications -Must be able to communicate in both English and Japanese -Manage multiple tasks and assignments and demonstrate strong organizational skills in a fast paced work environment. -Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. -Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -High school diploma or equivalent What are we looking for?
